Shipping policy

Order Processing:
Orders received prior to 12:00 noon Central time are guaranteed to ship the same business day.  Orders received after 12:00 noon Central time, or on Saturday/Sunday are guaranteed to ship the next business day.  We are a small business and strive to delight our customers, so if we can ship items the same day that are received after our shipping cut-off times, we will do that to ensure your items arrive quickly.

Shipping Cost:
Within the continental US, we offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders, unless otherwise stated.  We sell some very large prop replicas and other delicate items that may require special shipping and do not qualify for free shipping.  These items will be noted as not qualified for free shipping at check-out. 

For customers who desire expedited shipping, you can choose to pay for faster shipping at checkout.  Please note that for large items or large orders requiring a big box, an oversize handling fee may apply.

Shipping Address:
To avoid unnecessary delays, please make sure you provide a valid shipping address, with correctly matched city and zip values. We cannot change the shipping address after an order has been placed.

Delivery:
The Customer is responsible for accepting delivery of order in a timely manner. This includes being present at time of delivery and signing for package if necessary. When nobody is present to accept a delivery, the shipper may leave a note with pick-up instructions. It is then the customer's responsibility to promptly claim the package as instructed. Packages that are returned due to incorrect address information or lack of pickup from the customer are subject to a restocking fee.

Shipping Damage:
When your order leaves our shop, it has been packaged with care and labeled as fragile when appropriate.  Even with these precautions, items can be damaged in transit.  If you find that your order arrives damaged, please contact us BEFORE refusing shipment or attempting to return the item.  

Returns:
We want you to love everything you purchase from us.  If an order has not met your expectations and you would like to return an item to us for any reason, please CONTACT US BEFORE you attempt to return an item to us.  We will work with you to make it right and issue a Returned Materials Authorization (RMA) number and information for returning items to us.
